Young Generation Farmers Needed for Catholic Farmers Docuseries

A new documentary series is seeking Catholic farmers across the United States to share how faith shapes their lives on the land. Please see the details below. Additional info: Looking For: ● Multi-generational farm families ● Young or first-generation farmers ● Ranchers, dairy farmers, orchardists, crop and specialty producers ● Farmers active in parish life or Catholic rural organizations ● Families navigating succession, sustainability, or economic challenges *All regions and farm sizes are welcome. This multi-episode project will explore the daily rhythms of farm life, generational traditions, challenges facing rural communities, and the role of Catholic faith in sustaining families and stewarding creation. Inspired by the Church’s agricultural tradition reflected in Laudato Si’ by Pope Francis and the witness of Saint Isidore the Farmer, patron saint of farmers, this series will highlight stories of faith, perseverance, and hope in American agriculture.
