Service providers: We may share your personal information, which may include your name and contact information (including email address) with third parties that perform certain services on our behalf. These services may include fulfilling orders, providing customer service and marketing assistance, performing business and sales analysis, member screenings, supporting our website functionality, and supporting contests, sweepstakes, surveys and other features offered through the Site. The CCPA prohibits the sale of personal information of consumers under 16 years of age without express approval from the minor (between ages 13 and 16) or the minor’s parent or guardian (if under 13 years of age). Kidscasting.com does not knowingly collect from minors, much less sell, personal information of individuals under the age of 18 (see “Children’s Privacy” below). Kidscasting.com may collect certain personal information about minors from their parent or guardian subscribers to the service, solely for the purpose, and only as needed, to fulfill the casting services that the Site offers to minors.

Although the Site is a general audience site, we restrict the use of our service to individuals age 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 18. The only personal information we knowingly collect about minors is that which is received from their parent or guardian subscribers, and is collected and used solely for the purpose, and only as needed, of enabling us to fulfill the casting services we offer to minors. No information should be submitted through the Site by individuals under eighteen 18 years of age. We encourage parents and guardians to spend time online with their children and to participate and monitor the interactive activities of their children.

There is no consensus among industry participants as to what "do not track" means in this context. Other than that a response to a “do not track” signal is voluntary.
