Casting Call "Embrace" Short Film
We are searching for child actors in Ontario (only) with a parent/guardian who is willing to provide reliable transportation. Due to the nature of the production, all auditions will be collected via self-tape. Child actors must be accompanied by a parent/guardian for travel and on-set supervision. Shooting Location: McArthur Mills, ON. Shooting Dates: September 8 Compensation: Unpaid; expenses covered, professional on-set stills included for portfolio. Young Ava is timid and afraid to try new things, left scarred by the death of Mima. She relies heavily on the support of her Mother and her new friend, Young Sarah.
Sarah is Ava’s best friend; energetic, fun, and quick with sarcasm, yet mature when moments call for seriousness. They met when Mima died, and Sarah was quick to distract Young Ava and make sure she's not alone.
