The Polar Express Train Ride Oklahoma City
Seeking youth actors for The Polar Express™ Train Ride, an hour-long live production based on the film by Warner Bros. All performances take place aboard a slow-moving train from the Oklahoma Railway Museum in Oklahoma City. Appointment & Open Call Auditions are August 21st - 23rd in Oklahoma City. Visit our website to submit for an audition and for more information. If you are unable to attend in-person, we will accept self tapes. Pay: $16/hr *Presuming a fully realized performance season, and if Hero Child actors work the entirety of their assigned schedule, actors will perform approx. 34 performances for an approx. 88 total hours from the start of rehearsals to the closing day performance. Actors will not work every day of the run, but we are seeking actors with open availability. There are 2-5 rides per show day, but no youth actor will perform more than 3 rides per show day. Thanksgiving & Christmas Day OFF. LOCAL HIRE ONLY. Housing/transportation is not provided.

Youth actors, all genders and ethnicities, to play 11-13 years old, 5'3" or under (may cast up to 5'5"); sincere, kind, clear and present speaking voice. Non-singer. Memorized scene work will be required. Rail Events Productions adheres to all Oklahoma child labor laws.
