Seeking Kids for "Junie B. Jones The Musical Jr."
Looking For: Youth actors between 2nd and 9th grade of any race, gender, body type, and experience level are welcome to audition! About the project: The Play: Join Junie B. on her first day of first grade, where many changes are in store: Junie's best friend Lucille has found new best friends—— and Junie B. makes friends with Herb, the new kid at school. While in Mr. Scary's class, Junie has trouble reading the blackboard, and she may need glasses. Add in a friendly cafeteria lady, an intense kickball tournament and a "Top-Secret Personal Beeswax Journal," and first grade has never been more exciting. Additional info: Audition Material: Auditions will include three separate sections, including dancing, singing, and script work. All material will be printed and available for use at auditions. The same material will be used during callbacks. Rehearsal Schedule: Rehearsals will be held Tuesdays and Thursdays, from 4:30 pm to 6:30 pm, and Sundays, from 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm Participation Fee.
