About the project:
Brief Synopsis: Based on the famous Scopes Monkey Trial of 1925, in which a Tennessee schoolteacher was charged with violating state law by teaching about Darwin's theory of evolution, "Inherit the Wind" fictionalizes the story in order to make a broader dramatic point about people having the freedom to think for themselves.

Performances for "Inherit the Wind" will take place on Fridays and weekends March 14 - 30, 2025. Friday and Saturday performances are at 7:30 pm and Sunday matinees are at 2 pm. All performances take place at the Vint Hill Theater on the Green, 4225 Aiken Drive, Warrenton.
