About the project: “Miracle On 34th Street” is the classic 1947 tale of a New York City Christmas parade where a chance replacement for a drunken Santa may turn out to be the real deal. The story revolves around a mom and her young daughter, who is convinced “Kris” is actually Santa. Along the way, we get involvement from famous businessmen, psychiatrists and even the courts, which try to determine whether Kris really is Santa. The play closely parallels the movie. Additional info: Performance dates are Dec. 11-13 and 18-20.
