"Frankenstein: The Radio Play" Needs Teens
Looking for teens ages 16 and up for "Frankenstein: The Radio Play". Please see the details below. About the project: Set in the late 18th century, this dramatic retelling combines classic radio storytelling with minimal set design, focusing on the voices and performances that bring this haunting story to life. Captain Robert Walton discovers a tortured Victor Frankenstein in the frozen North, where Victor recounts his past. After creating life from the remains of the dead, Victor becomes horrified by what he has made and attempts to escape the consequences. Rejected and alone, the Creature struggles to find its place in the world before turning against its creator. Additional info: Auditions will include cold readings from the script, with actors reading for multiple characters and scenes. You do not need to attend both dates, but staying for the duration of your chosen audition evening is strongly recommended.
