Rate: Adults/$2,000 (+ 20% agency fee if applicable) Kids/$1,500 (+ 20% agency fee if applicable) Additional info: Casting athletes and their families (real or chosen) for an upcoming shoot in LA. Shoot Location: Los Angeles, CA If you're not based in LA, directors will cover travel for you and your group. Dates: August 31st - September 4th Casting Brief: Families can be real or chosen. Celebrating that no athlete becomes who they are alone. FAMILY EXAMPLES: Blood-related: Parents, children, grandparents. Aunts, uncles, all ages Chosen Families: Friends, mentors and mentees, coaches and athletes, teammates and schoolmates. There is no singular look to these families. The goal is to cast a group that feels close with an authentic connection. Someone within the group needs to be an athlete in a sport. With the rest of the family showing up for them in whatever is unique to their unit. Open to all backgrounds and ages. You will likely be needed sometime within this window, but since directors don't know the schedule yet, they need to be available on all days. USAGE: Worldwide. 2 years from date of first public use, but perpetual for internal usage and archival purposes (e.g., Nike Content may remain perpetually where originally published, with no obligation to remove upon expiration of the usage period, so long as no new publications occur after expiration). Talent grants Nike the sublicensable, unlimited and irrevocable right for itself, its affiliates, and licensees to use, reproduce, prepare derivative works of, distribute, publicly perform, display, exhibit, digitize, create gifs, and otherwise use the Nike Content and Likeness in any and all media, now known or later devised, including use on promotional merchandise, but excluding TV (broadcast and streaming), OOH/DOOH, paid print ads, and use on merchandise for sale. As used herein, “Likeness” means all personal attributes of Talent, including without limitation Talent’s name, nicknames, initials, autograph, facsimile or digital signature, voice, video or film portrayals, photograph, likeness and image, caricatures, alter egos, performance/activity information, statements, interviews, and any statistical, biographical, and/or names and marks owned by Talent or other information or data relating to Talent. “Nike Content” means Nike trademarks, proprietary images, video, audio, documents, data, or other content, including Nike-created derivatives of Talent content, and any audio, video, stills, or other content captured of Talent during any content shoots. Option: Nike shall have the option, exercisable in its sole discretion, to include TV (broadcast and streaming), OOH/DOOH, and paid print ads for a 6-month usage term (during the Usage Period) for an additional fee of $2,000 plus 20% if exercised.
