"Dracula 87" Test Scenes
Production will be shooting test scenes of the movie to form a proof-of-concept to secure funding for a proper short. We are seeking actors to play the roles for these test scenes. Synopsis: Imagine if, instead of a gothic horror movie, Dracula were an 80's slasher. Set in 1987 (instead of 1897), in the small north-central coastal California town of Laguna Negra (instead of London and Whitby), Mina Murray is a high school senior whose life is turned completely upside down after she discovers that she is the reincarnation of a 15th-Century Hungarian princess.

Sophie is the 2-year-old baby sister of Mina Murray. She is the daughter of Vincent and Catharine Murray. The biggest inspirations for Sophie are Gertie from E.T., Toby from Labyrinth and Holly Wheeler from the first season of Stranger Things. Sophie is the first one to notice the supernatural signs and is also the first one to notice the "bloofer lady". Unfortunately, people believe she is simply a toddler with an active imagination.
