About the project: In an age of loneliness, Underneath Us investigates a deep, undefined connection. What does it mean to be in love? Allegra and Giovanna’s love story encompasses the way anguish and joy live in tandem — molding their universe and exposing “The Underneath,” a realm where emotions are alive.
