Seeking Talents for "Presto"
Presto is a UBCP ULB dark comedy short film shooting in Vancouver this July. An ancient curse, a manic single mother, and an indomitable plushy-wielding nemesis stand between young Jack and his dream of becoming recital champion. Perfection or death. We are currently seeking strong young violinists (ages 7–10) for principal child roles. Previous acting experience is **not required** — we are primarily looking for kids with confidence, natural presence, and strong violin ability. This is a fun, stylized, and performance-driven project with a professional production team. Parents/guardians will be required to be present on set throughout filming, and all work with minors will follow UBCP/ACTRA guidelines regarding hours, breaks, meals, and supervision.

Large Principal. Little Jenny is a quiet killer, a stoic competitor whose violin playing does all the talking. VIOLIN PROFICIENCY REQUIRED.
ACTOR. The younger version of lead character. VIOLIN PROFICIENCY PREFERRED, BUT NOT REQUIRED.
