What to Prepare: - Monologues: Please prepare two contrasting 1-to-2-minute monologues that showcase your dramatic range. One should ideally be in a classic/period style. How to Prepare Your Monologues: Since you are not singing, your acting needs to do all the heavy lifting. You can use platforms like Backstage or StageAgent to filter for classical, melodramatic, or dark revenge monologues that match your desired character's vocal and dramatic cadence. - Sides: Actors will be asked to perform cold readings of provided "sides" (short scenes) from the Christopher Bond script. - Headshot & Resume: Bring a printed copy of your headshot and theatrical resume. Performing Oct 30-Nov 15, 2026. Rehearsals start Sep 21. Rehearsals are mostly weeknights, 7-10 PM, some weekends. It is not necessary to come to both audition nights. - If auditioners come to both nights, there is no guarantee you will read both nights. Sides will be available at auditions for cold readings.
