About the project: After a young girl is found dead, a reclusive park ranger named Eva is taken off guard when her estranged brother, Danny, shows up at her tower uninvited. The reunion triggers flashbacks of abuse caused by Danny as well as secrets she kept for him. As tension builds, Eva begins to notice scratches and bruises on Danny's body. Things take a turn when Danny invites her to visit the spot they used to go to as kids. Noticing a hint of vulnerability in Danny, Eva accepts and accompanies him. Along the way, they have a difficult conversation, debating what role they played in each other's lives. They share a tender moment where Danny communicates to Eva that she was the only one who really knew him. Unfortunately after this, Danny confesses to the murder of the little girl and ultimately asks Eva to set him free. When they reach their destination, they recall a happy memory from when they were kids. Danny lives in the memory for a moment as Eva prepares her gun.
