"Frontier Families" Documentary Series Needs Families
Seeking families with kids for "Frontier Families" Documentary Series. Please see the details below. About the project: An acclaimed television production company is seeking rugged, determined families living a traditional, old-school way of life with true grit-along with their city or suburb-dwelling relatives. We're looking for authentic families across North America with real relationships, real contrast, and charismatic personalities, where both sides are open to sharing their lives on camera as these two worlds come together in an honest, fun, and eye-opening series. Selected participants have the opportunity to star in their very own documentary series on a major national platform, share their lives, passions, and livelihoods with the world, and be compensated for their participation. Additional info: Searching for families whose lives are deeply tied to the land and animals—working ranchers, farmers, rodeo families, loggers, and other rugged, hands-on households who live by grit, tradition, and hard work. We’re also looking for families who are off the grid, homesteading, or doing everything possible to live sustainably and self-sufficiently—far from modern society. Whether you’re hunting and growing your own food, creating your own energy systems, building your own home, crafting your own clothing, or simply living life your own way. Directors are especially interested in your relatives and family members who are curious about your lifestyle—those living a modern life in the city or suburbs, surrounded by convenience and technology, yet intrigued by your off-grid, wilderness, and nature-focused way of living. This is an opportunity to share the authentic way of life—its challenges, rewards, and daily realities—with your city-dwelling family, who come from a completely different background and way of life. This series will showcase the ups and downs, challenges and triumphs of a lovable, entertaining, and inspiring family carving out their own path and proving that there’s more than one way to live a full, meaningful life. If interested, please apply.
