About the project: "Papercut" follows a 20 something young woman preparing a going-away party on her own, denying help from friends as they nag and distract her from preparations, while her hidden worries of moving to a new city without their company tears at her, it transforms into resentment and a desperate need for escape, which ultimately leads her back to the same people and city she can't seem to leave behind. Logline: A simple papercut has the potential to become a scar.
