Calling Aspiring Singers and Actors for Youth Chorus in IA

Now accepting aspiring singers and actors Opera Omaha's Youth Chorus. See details below. ONLY NE, AND LOCAL TALENT WILL BE ACCEPTED. Rate: Children's Chorus members are paid a stipend ranging from $300-$400 per production, which is inclusive of rehearsals, costume fittings, and performances. Additional info: Prepare two pieces (each no longer than 5 minutes) showcasing your vocal range and ability. Please ensure that at least one of your pieces is in English. A pianist will be provided by Opera Omaha. Please bring a copy of your music for the pianist. Rehearsals typically take place on weekends and weekday nights during the month-long production period. The roster will consist of you who will perform in at least one production during the season. Deadline to register is February 9, 2026. If you are interested, please apply.
