"Be More Chill" Musical Searching For Teens
ONLY LOCAL TALENT WILL BE CONSIDERED. Seeking teens for "Be More Chill," the Broadway musical. See the details below. About the project: Jeremy Heere is just an average teenager. That is, until he finds out about “The Squip,” a tiny supercomputer that promises to bring him everything he desires most: a date with Christine, an invite to the raddest party of the year and a chance to survive life in his suburban New Jersey high school. But is being the most popular guy in school worth the risk? A hit on Broadway and in the West End, Be More Chill is based on the novel by Ned Vizzini. Performs: March 13th - 15th Show Dates: - Friday, March, 13th @7pm - Saturday, March, 14th @2pm + 7pm - Sunday, March, 15th @2pm Rehearsals: January 24th – March 12th You will hear back for an invitation to callbacks (if necessary, not all roles will require a callback) by Friday January 16th. Casting decisions will begin going out Monday January 19th. When applying, please submit your resume, headshot, and 16-32 prepared bars of a musical theatre song in the style of the show.
