Kids and Teens Needed for "Hello, Dolly" Show

Seeking talent ages 8 and up for "Hello, Dolly" Show. Please see the details below. ONLY LOCAL TALENT WILL BE ACCEPTED. About the project: This musical adaptation of Thornton Wilder’s hit play The Matchmaker bursts with humor, romance, energetic dance and some of the greatest songs in musical theatre history. The romantic and comic exploits of Dolly Gallagher Levi, turn-of-the-century matchmaker and “woman who arranges things,” are certain to thrill and entertain audiences again and again. Additional info: For musicals, you will be auditioning with music from the show, usually posted online 2 weeks prior to the show. Do not prepare anything else unless it is stated to do so. Wear comfortable clothes. We encourage you to look your best, but also come prepared for some dance or movement exercises for bigger dance musical auditions (not all shows have dance portions). For audition material, please see the attachment. Rehearsals are typically Sunday – Thursday, 6:30 – 9:30 pm, beginning the week after auditions. If interested, please apply.
