Based on Alison Bechdel’s graphic memoir, it explores her childhood, her coming out, and her relationship with her closeted father—told through a series of poignant memories. It’s both intimate and powerful. Additional info: Heads up: Candidates may attend one or both audition nights. Some may be asked to return for callbacks. Casting announcements are typically shared within a couple of days via phone, text, or email. Audition Form: Be prepared to write or attach past experience/skills, roles desired (you may choose “Any”), and scheduling conflicts. Song: Prepare 32 bars of a song.
