"Patchwork" Play Fest Searching For Teens
ONLY LOCAL TALENT WILL BE CONSIDERED. Seeking teens for "Patchwork" play fest. See the details below. Additional info: "Patchwork" is a celebration of nine new short plays all written around a common theme. This year’s theme is Hope. The plays will be divided into three 3-show groups (A, B, C) which will perform in rotating rep, six shows per night over two weekends. Friday A/B, Saturday C/A, Sunday B/C. The auditions will consist of readings from the scripts. Please see the sides in the attachment. Patchwork rehearsals will be determined by the directors of each script and will be primarily online for the first few weeks. There will be mandatory in person rehearsals at Broadway United Methodist Church Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays 2/2-2/12, with a designer run from 12:30-6 on 2/14. The specific rehearsal dates and times for each show will be available at auditions. Tech for actors begins 2/17 at the Edge Theatre 5451 N Broadway. Group A techs 2/17 from 7-10, Group B techs 2/18 from 7-10, Group C techs 2/19 from 7-10. Call times for each show will be staggered. Patchwork performs 2/20-3/1 Fri-Sat at 7:30 and Sunday at 3:00.
