Young Talent Needed for "The Alibis" Play

Seeking actors age 10 and up for "The Alibis" Play. Please see the details below. ONLY LOCAL TALENT WILL BE ACCEPTED. About the project: This murder-mystery comedy is a full-length play written by eight playwrights who were challenged to find the comedy in crime in this rogue's gallery of ten-minute plays wrapped in a classic whodunnit. When eccentric billionaire J. Leslie Arlington is murdered, a clueless detective finds the suspects are all reluctant to admit their alibis . . . because they were all committing other ridiculous crimes at the time. You never know what's coming next when your suspects include disgruntled chefs, teen detectives, and vengeful divas, but one thing's for certain: Every alibi is absolutely absurd. Additional info: No need to prepare! Actors will be asked to read sides from the script. REHEARSALS can begin as early as January 14 depending on cast availability and will run through March 19, weeknights at the discretion of the Director and actor schedules. Please be prepared to note any known or possible conflicts on your audition form so the director can schedule rehearsals effectively. All rehearsals (unless otherwise notified) and shows will be held at High Plains Community Center, 525 Orange Center Rd.
