ONLY LOCAL TALENT WILL BE ACCEPTED. Seeking boys and girls ages 11-17 for a short film "The Ward". See the details below. About the project: "The Ward" is a film about youth psych wards made to accurately represent the horrors taking place in psych wards as a whole. The films purpose is to get people to understand that a psych ward is not a break from reality and that the conditions in a psych ward a very harsh. Yes even in the youth ones. The Ward is inspired by the time The Director of the film spent in the youth ward in their youth. Rate: This is an unpaid and non union set. There will be a copy of the film sent to you once post production is complete. Filming January 10th & 11 in Red Deer AB. Must have your own way to and from set! Must have guardian permission and guardian must be present on set if you are under 18. This is an unpaid and non union set. Feel free to post set photos once they wrap filming on the 11th.
