Teens Needed For "Mean Girls" Musical

ONLY LOCAL TALENT WILL BE CONSIDERED. Seeking teens for "Mean Girls" the musical. See the details below. Additional info: Please arrive 10 minutes prior to the start of your scheduled audition time to fill out the necessary paperwork. Following your scheduled vocal audition, auditioners will be taken in groups every half hour to learn a short dance combo, so please plan for your audition to last about an hour. Those wishing to audition must come prepared to do a cold reading from the script as well as a 30-60 second cut of a musical theatre song that shows off your range. A small dance combo will also be learned, so please come dressed to move. Headshot and resume are encouraged, but not required. No accompanist will be provided, so please plan to use a track (bluetooth speaker provided). Rehearsals will begin in late February and run Monday-Thursday 6-9:30pm in Youngstown. Friday rehearsals may be scheduled as needed, but will not be used every week. Additional weekend dates for promotional events may also be needed. "Mean Girls" will play April 17-26 at The Youngstown Playhouse.
