Seeking Girls for "Jesus Christ Superstar" Show

Looking for kids and teens for the "Jesus Christ Superstar" Show. Please see the details below. ONLY LOCAL TALENT WILL BE ACCEPTED. Additional info: This is an all-female cast musical production. Please prepare a brief song (under one minute) in the style of the show (rock musical / 1970s rock song / singing from the show is ok). Please bring sheet music in the correct key. A capella singing is discouraged, and Bluetooth/mobile devices with backing tracks will not be permitted. Callbacks, if needed, for JESUS CHRIST SUPERSTAR will take place on Wednesday, January 7, at 7 pm. Note that not all roles require a callbac,k so you may not be asked to attend callbacks but still end up being cast. Rehearsals are generally held on Mondays through Thursdays evenings (6-9:30 pm, with children typically released by 8 pm, until weeks closer to opening night when hours become extended), and Sundays from 2-6 pm. Actors will not be needed every day until we get closer to opening. Required sitzprobe rehearsal (sing through with the orchestra) will occur on Saturday, March 14, at noon. All tech rehearsals are required and will take place on the evenings of Mar 15-18. Rehearsals will begin on or around Sun Feb 8 @ 2 pm. The show will run March 20-29. If interested, please apply.
