Casting Call For Teens for 2025-2026 Storybook Players

ONLY LOCAL TALENT WILL BE ACCEPTED. Seeking talented actors (ages 16+) to join the 2025-2026 Storybook Players season! Please see the details below. About the project: Join directors in the mission to make the magic of live theatre accessible to children and families. The Storybook Players troupe performs enchanting plays at little to no cost, sparking a lifelong enthusiasm for the arts and spreading joy to all ages. Additional info: Audition Dates: -November 10th -November 11th Time: 6–8 PM Location: SARA, Woodstock - Come prepared to perform a 2-3 minute long excerpt from a story or a monologue that would be appropriate for a child audience. This does not need to be memorized, but you should be familliar with it so that you can look up from the script and connect with the audience. - You will be asked to read for specific roles from a script with other actors from your timeslot. - Resumés and headshots are optional, but not required. - Please arrive 5 minutes before your audition time starts.
