About the project: The play "A Christmas Carol" is about Ebenezer Scrooge, a miserly and selfish man who hates Christmas. On Christmas Eve, he is visited by three ghosts—the Ghosts of Christmas Past, Present, and Future—who show him the error of his ways by taking him on a journey through his life. The spirits reveal how his meanness has affected others, including his clerk Bob Cratchit and his ill son, Tiny Tim. Overwhelmed and remorseful, Scrooge wakes up on Christmas morning transformed into a kind, generous person who celebrates the holiday with newfound joy. Additional info: Requirements: Monologues encouraged but not required; auditions will be open and will mostly consist of cold-readings from the script. Appropriate regional accents STRONGLY ENCOURAGED (British RP, Cockney, etc.). Performance Dates: December 12--21, 2025. Fridays and Saturdays at 8pm, Sundays at 3pm. If interested, please apply.
