Casting Call for Boys and Girls for "HEX Factor" Stage Play
Casting boys and girls for the stage play "Hex Factor" – see details below! ONLY LOCAL TALENT WILL BE ACCEPTED. Additional info: Performances will be on October 4 at 2pm & 8pm Seeking: Ten performers with sickening vocals and a willingness to engage in the creative process of putting together a musical from scratch. Performers ages 14 and up will be considered. Performers below age 18 will only be considered for the roles of The Boy or The Girl. Performers should prepare one musical selection of their choice, roughly 30-45 seconds in length. If you are interested in the roles of The Host, The Co-host, or The Shadows, please select something that shows off your singing chops while keeping in the spooky/Halloween/villain theme. Selection can be from any music genre as long as it fits the theme. If you are interested in The Boy or The Girl, please select something more traditional musical theatre/bubbly/sunshine, and rainbows. Again, the selection can be from any music genre as long as it fits the theme. You may sing 2 contrasting pieces if you would like to be considered for all of the roles. Just please keep your selections to about 20 seconds each. Please bring recorded accompaniment (karaoke track, YouTube video, etc) or be prepared to sing A cappella. An audition accompanist will not be present. The directors will not be holding callbacks for this production. If you are interested please apply.

The Host's zombie sidekick. Maybe she was a showgirl in a previous life… She certainly thinks she is now. Speaks mostly in grunts and groans.
Six wandering spirits of the Dark Realm. Take on the forms of history's most devilish villains. Competing in a singing smackdown game show to determine who is the most evil of them all!!
