"Alice in Wonderland Jr." Show Seeks Boys and Girls

Students entering grades 1–8 are welcome to audition for "Alice in Wonderland Jr." Show. Please see the details below. ONLY LOCAL TALENT WILL BE ACCEPTED. About the project: Travel down the rabbit hole with RPAC and join Alice’s madcap adventures in Disney’s Alice in Wonderland JR, a fast-paced, fun-filled musical adaptation of the beloved animated film and Lewis Carroll’s timeless classic. Featuring updated songs from Disney’s 1951 animated movie and a host of colorful characters, this 60-minute production is perfect for young performers and audiences alike. From the ever-curious Alice to the eccentric Mad Hatter, the mysterious Cheshire Cat, and the hot-tempered Queen of Hearts, this musical brings Wonderland to life with whimsical charm and boundless imagination. With catchy tunes like “I’m Late,” “The Unbirthday Song,” and “Adventure is a Wonderful Thing,” this show is a delightful journey for all ages. Additional info: Please come prepared to sing approximately 45 seconds to 1 minute of a Broadway or musical-style song that fits the energy and vibe of the show. You may sing a cappella or bring a backing track. In addition to vocal auditions, there will be a group dance audition, so wear comfortable clothes and shoes you can move in. If an actor is needed for a callback, they will be asked to stay later that same evening to do some readings from the script. Rehearsals will be at RPAC Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.
