About the project: In this show, orphan Annie is determined to reunite with her long-lost parents after being abandoned at an orphanage run by the cruel Miss Hannigan. Through a series of adventurous escapades, she not only thwarts Miss Hannigan’s malicious schemes but also finds a loving home with billionaire Oliver Warbucks. Additional info: Invitation-Only Callbacks: Thursday, August 7 from 6:00 – 9:00 p.m. Please bring your sheet music to the audition. An accompanist will be provided. If you have never acted in a show with St. Luke’s Theatre Company before, prepare a short monologue and any musical theatre song. (Your total audition time may not exceed five minutes.) If you have acted in a previous show with St. Luke’s Theatre Company, prepare any musical theatre song. A monologue is optional/not required. For children aged 5 through 14: Sign up for a youth audition slot from 6:00 – 7:00 p.m. on either Monday, August 4 or Tuesday, August 5; and be prepared to sing the song "Hard-Knock Life" from the audition packet. An orphanage matron. Her distaste for her job and the children is obvious in every move she makes and every line she delivers. She is predictable and funny, in her ridiculous, cruel ways. Looking for an actress who can act with her whole body.
