"Peter Pan JR." Needs Boys and Girls
Kids in grades K-8 are welcome to audition for "Peter Pan JR.". Please see the details below. ONLY LOCAL TALENT WILL BE ACCEPTED. About the project: Peter and his mischievous fairy sidekick, Tinkerbell, visit the nursery of the Darling children late one night and, with a sprinkle of pixie dust, begin a magical journey across the stars that none of them will ever forget. In the adventure of a lifetime, the travelers come face to face with a ticking crocodile, the fierce Brave Girls, a band of bungling pirates, and, of course, the villainous Captain Hook. Additional info: Practice the song “Finale Ultimo” from the show. Tinker Bell, Nana, & the Crocodile require expressive physical performers-no lines, BIG stage presence! Tinker Bell will be portrayed as a light. Liza is the Darling’s housekeeper who always seems to be in a bit of a frenzy as she tries to keep everyone pleased. This is a great cameo role for a young woman who can make strong character choices.

Captain Hook, the leader of the Pirates, has a bone to pick… or rather a Peter Pan to hook! Though Captain Hook is the villain of the show, he’s also a bit of a clown who just can’t seem to get what he wants. He has to be as treacherous to the Lost Boys as he is a complete wimp around the Crocodile. Vocal Range B3-E5
Smee is Captain Hook’s sidekick who wants nothing more than to see Captain Hook succeed in his evil plotting.
The Crocodile is the wickedest beast that ever was and strikes immediate fear in Captain Hook whenever he is near.
Tinker Bell is fiercely loyal to Peter Pan, but also jealous and temperamental, especially toward Wendy, whom she sees as a rival for Peter’s attention.
