"Young Frankenstein" Show Needs Teenagers

Seeking actors ages 17 and up for "Young Frankenstein" Show. Please see the details below. ONLY LOCAL TALENT WILL BE ACCEPTED. About the project: Grandson of the infamous Victor Frankenstein, Frederick Frankenstein (pronounced "Fronk-en-steen") inherits his family's estate in Transylvania. With the help of a hunchbacked sidekick, Igor (pronounced "Eye-gore"), and a female lab assistant, Inga (pronounced normally), Frederick finds himself in the mad scientist shoes of his ancestors. "It's alive!" he exclaims as he brings to life a creature to rival his grandfather's. Eventually, of course, the monster escapes and hilarity continuously abounds. Additional info: AUDITION PREPARATION: Please prepare 32 measures in the style of the show. Please bring sheet music in the correct key. An accompanist will be provided. No acapella auditions or recorded accompaniments are permitted. Some auditioners may be asked to read a short excerpt from the script. Auditioners should wear comfortable clothing/shoes and be prepared to dance. Bring all conflicts, resume, and photo. Rehearsals will begin shortly after the show is cast. Rehearsals will be scheduled based on cast availability and will generally be two evenings per week and one weekend day rehearsal until we are closer to opening.
