Kids and Teens Needed for "Desvelado" Play
Kids aged 8-18 years old are welcome to audition for the "Desvelado" Play. Please see the details below. ONLY LOCAL TALENT WILL BE ACCEPTED. Additional info: Audition scenes will be sent upon submission of the interest form. Community service hours can be given, too. Rehearsals Wed & Sat 4-6. Tech week run-through dates are MANDATORY (August 30, Sept 2-4), and performance dates are MANDATORY (September 5-6). If you cannot be at ALL tech rehearsals and performances, you cannot be in the show. September 10-possible 10 am preschool performance. Performances, September 5-6 & 10 (preschool show). Also known as the moon or la luna, HARVEST guides LITTLE ONE and the audience through the story. Some dialog in Spanish (must be comfortable learning). Must be able to create a connection with the children in the audience.
A precocious and inquisitive child who looks at the world with the widest of eyes. Some dialog in Spanish (must be comfortable learning).
The STARS become friends to LITTLE ONE. The STARS help the audience to participate in the show. Movement/dance. No lines.
The NIGHT NOISES CHOIR forms a type of Greek chorus and sets the tone for the action. Must sing.
