"Sing for a Future of Hope" Child Audition for the Theater

Child auditions open for theater production "Sing for a Future of Hope." See the details below. ONLY LOCAL TALENT WILL BE ACCEPTED. Additional info: The company is seeking singers, musicians, actors, and dancers for the annual cabaret! This year’s theme centers around hope, and we encourage auditioners to think about what that means to them and choose a song accordingly. The classic musical theater “I want” song might be a good starting point for ideas. Please prepare the song or act that you would like to perform. If there are any repeated songs, or if our production team feels that a different selection might better align with the show’s theme, you may be asked to make another selection. All acts should be around 2:30 or less in length – any exceptions will be at the discretion of the production team, and we can work with you during rehearsals to find a suitable cut of a longer song. Rehearsals July 10 & 24, August 7 & 14 6:30 – 8:30 PM Tech Rehearsals Wednesday, August 20 & Thursday, August 21 6:30 – 8:30 PM Thursday, August 21, will be a full dress rehearsal.
