About the project: "The Lion, the Witch, and the Wardrobe" tells the story of four siblings - Peter, Susan, Edmund, and Lucy Pevensie - who are evacuated from London during World War II and discover the magical world of Narnia through a wardrobe in their temporary country home. In Narnia, they find a land under the perpetual winter imposed by the evil White Witch, Jadis, and learn they are destined to help the rightful ruler, the lion Aslan, defeat her and restore Narnia to its former glory. Additional info: It is not a musical. Directors wanted to give young performers who may not dance or sing an opportunity to shine. Production dates are September 4-7. Note that a fee will be applied.
