Children Theatre Casting Call for "The Elves and the Shoemaker"

Kids ages 8 and up are invited to perform in "The Elves and the Shoemaker" Play. Please see the details below. About the project: The best-selling children’s play has been musically revitalized with the playful and eclectic tunes of Bill Francoeur! We love this upbeat, fast-paced retelling of an old favorite so much that we have two musicals based on the same script! (See also The Shoemaker and the Elves.) Filled with delightfully wacky characters — including elves Mortz, Schwartz, Hazel, Gracie and Studebaker- this familiar tale is laced with clever dialogue to make audiences of all ages smile. And you know you can always count on Bill Francoeur to compose a score that will make you want to sing along as you put on your dancing shoes! Additional info: Please be prepared to sing a song of your choice at the audition. Performance Dates will be July 18, 19, 20, 25, 26, 27. Friday and Saturday shows are at 7:00 pm, and Sunday shows are at 2:30 pm. Please make sure your young person will be available to perform on these dates before committing If interested, please apply.
