Casting Call for Boys and Girls for "Miss Nelson is Missing"

Kids in grades 3rd-7th are welcome to audition for "Miss Nelson is Missing". Please see the details below. ONLY LOCAL TALENT WILL BE ACCEPTED. About the project: Miss Nelson is Missing! is a hilarious and heartwarming play based on the beloved children’s book by Harry Allard and James Marshall. The misbehaving students of room 207 take their sweet and kind teacher, Miss Nelson, for granted - until one day, she mysteriously disappears! In her place arrives the strict and scary substitute, Miss Viola Swamp, who quickly whips the class into shape. As the students search for their missing teacher, they learn an important lesson about appreciation, respect, and teamwork. Full of humor, mystery, and fun characters. Miss Nelson is Missing is a delightful production for audiences of all ages! Additional info: Date: July 7th - 19th, 9:00 am - 11:30 am Performances: July 18th and 19th Rehearsals and performances will be located at the Waxahachie Coleman Fine Arts Center.
