Young Talent Wanted for "Wizard of Oz" Show

Current 3rd graders-11th graders are invited to audition for "Wizard of Oz" Show. Please see the details below. ONLY LOCAL TALENT WILL BE ACCEPTED. Additional info: Auditioners should prepare one of the following songs to be sung a capella. See the attachment for the sheet music. Over the Rainbow (m. 6-21) If I Only Had a Brain (m. 2-18) If I Only Had a Heart (m. 2-17) If I Were the King of the Forest (m. 5-25) Come Out Come Out (m. 5-21) There will also be a dance audition and cold reading where you will be given a chance to read from the script. There is also a potential callback on June 3rd from 6:30-9:30 PM All who audition that are under the age of 17 must be accompanied by an adult and should plan to stay for ONE of the time slots in full. Rehearsals will take place 3-4 days a week leading up to the final performances on August 7th, 8th, and 9th. Note: There is a small participation fee to be a part of the production which covers scripts, costumes, etc. If interested, please apply.
