Casting Call for Boys and Girls for "Newsies" Show

Ages 8 and up (Please note that, with the exception of the role of Les, most roles will be filled by individuals aged 13+. Please see the details below. ONLY LOCAL TALENT WILL BE ACCEPTED. Additional info: Performance Dates: July 24-August 2 Audition requirements: Please prepare 16-32 bars of a Broadway-style song (about 1 minute) An accompanist and speaker hookup will be provided. If you choose to use a prerecorded accompaniment please have it downloaded on your device before your audition. You may also be asked to cold read from the script. A production fee will be asked to be paid by each cast member when practices begin. Prior to auditions, you will receive an email with instructions for filling out an audition packet.
