Teen Talent Audition in "Cards" Film
ONLY LOCAL TALENT WILL BE ACCEPTED. Casting a boy ages 17+ for production of "Cards". More details are below. About the project: An experimental piece following a teenage boy struggling with his identity as he uses his newfound powers to alter himself and his memories. Rate: Non union. Volunteer only. Additional information: Shoot/Performance Date(s) April 4-6th and 11-12th Shoot/Performance Location(s) East Vancouver. Submission Deadline March 27, 2025. An odd and quiet boy nearing the end of his teenage years, tormented by his awkward personality and lack of confidence. In this short film, Archie watches his past self in memories (played by the same actor), using a mystical deck of cards bequeathed to him in dreamlike realm to alter the past and give himself the confidence, strength, and knowledge he has always wanted.
