Callbacks will be held on Monday, March 31st starting at 5:30 p.m. Show dates: Friday, June 27th, at 7:00 p.m. Saturday, June 28th, at 2:00 p.m. & 7:00 p.m. Monday, June 30th, at 7:00 p.m. Rehearsals will be Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, & Thursday evenings from 5:30 p.m. – 8:30 p.m. Times & Dates are subject to change. You may not be called to every rehearsal or for the whole rehearsal time. April: 30th May: 1st, 5th, 6th, 7th, 8th, 12th, 13th, 14th, 15th, 19th, 20th, 21st, 22nd, 26th, 27th, 28th, 29th June: 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th, 9th, 10th, 11th, 12th, 16th, 17th, 18th, 19th, 23rd, 24th, 25th, 26th A detailed rehearsal schedule will be given at the first rehearsal. Please keep these days open. Conflicts/Absences/Casting: The directors allow up to three excused absences. These are dates that are listed on your audition form prior to casting. The directors do not allow any of these absences to be two weeks before tech week, during tech week, dress rehearsals or performance days. Please prepare 16 bars (30 seconds) of any musical theater song. The auditioner is responsible for having their song downloaded on their own device. This should be an mp3 karaoke track with NO VOCALS on it. *No sheet music, flash drives or CDs. **No wifi available. Please do not try to stream from your phone as service is unpredictable. Make sure the song is downloaded. ***Accepted devices include ipads, ipods, iphones, android phones, tablets ****The directors will have the available adaptors for your devices: Apple lightning adapter, Aux Cord, & USB-C Check in 15 minutes prior to your scheduled audition time. Example: I sign up for a 6:00 p.m. audition. I will check in with all my paperwork at 5:45 p.m. The directors will start choreography 10 minutes prior to your audition time. If you are late, the directors may be unable to move you to another audition time. Please be prepared to learn a Choreography combination. Remember this when picking out your outfit.
