Casting Call for Boys and Girls for "The Boxcar Children" Play

Kids ages 6 and up are invited to audion for "The Boxcar Children" Show. Please see the details below. About the project: Frightened to be split up and sent to orphanages, the children make a home for themselves in an old abandoned red boxcar they discover in the woods. Henry, the oldest, goes to town to earn money and buy food and supplies while the other kids make a home in the boxcar finding old dishes and scraps in a junkyard. Additional info: Youth auditioning should have a basic understanding of the books and characters. Auditions will be readings from the play. Performance Dates: May 2 - 18. School performances TBD.
