Casting Teen Performers for "How (Not) To Be A Wizard" Show
Actors ages 11-18 years old are needed for the "How (Not) To Be A Wizard" Show. Please see the details below. ONLY LOCAL TALENT WILL BE ACCEPTED. About the project: It’s a (magical) disaster! A school of wizardry needs a new professor…and classes start tomorrow. Everyone’s coming through the portal for an interview, from a suspiciously fake-looking centaur to this one guy from Oz who can’t even DO anything. Can anybody save the day? A spellbinding comedy that has created a completely new concept of a school for wizards and is definitely not making fun of anything in particular. Additional info: Prepare a 1-2 minute monologue that shows off your acting skills! Directors will also have you read some lines from the script attached. Rehearsals will begin Monday, March 10 from 6-8:30 PM. Performances: April 18 & 19 (Saturday matinee and evening shows) Callbacks: If needed, Monday, March 3 at 6:00 PM Note that the fee will be involved. Complete the forms attached prior to arriving for your audition. If interested, please apply.
