Young Talent Wanted for "Shrek the Musical"

Singers, Actors, and Dancers in 4th - 8th grade are invited to audition for "Shrek the Musical". Please see the details below. ONLY LOCAL TALENT WILL BE ACCEPTED. About the project: It's a "big bright, beautiful world" as everyone's favorite ogre, Shrek, leads a cast of fairytale misfits on an adventure to rescue a princess and find true acceptance. Part romance and part twisted fairy tale, this irreverently fun show is filled with catchy songs, high-energy dance numbers, and a wide range of interesting characters, providing many opportunities for students of all levels of theatrical experience and musical ability to participate. Additional info: Performances are scheduled for Friday, March 28th, Saturday, March 29th, and Sunday, March 30th. Note that the participation fee will be applied.
