About the project: "Lost in Yonkers" tells the story of two young brothers, Jay and Arty, who are sent to live with their strict, formidable grandmother and their childlike, mentally unstable Aunt Bella in Yonkers, New York during the 1940s after their mother dies and their father must leave to work out of town; while navigating their challenging new home, the boys encounter their uncle Louie, a small-time mobster, and grapple with their grandmother's harsh rules while searching for a hidden stash of money that could potentially save their family from financial ruin Additional info: SHOW DATES: April 26, 27, May 3 and 4, 2025. The older son of Eddie is Strong-willed and is struggling to figure out how to take on the responsibilities of a man. He is often naive and misguided in his attempts to show his maturity.
Younger son of Eddie. outrageous and comical, inclined to make jokes when he is nervous or as a coping mechanism. While he has a hint of childish humor and stubbornness in him, he grows up visibly throughout the play.
