Kid Performers Needed for Theatre Audition "Fantastic Mr. Fox"

Performers between the ages of 10 and 17 are invited to audition for the "Fantastic Mr. Fox" Play. Please see the details below. ONLY LOCAL TALENT WILL BE ACCEPTED. Additional info: Roald Dahl’s classic novel comes to life in this delightful opera by American composer Tobias Picker, directed by Alison Moritz with a full set, costumes, and puppets. The named cubs are the children of Mr. and Mrs. Fox, and together with their clever animal companions, they outsmart three bumbling farmers. This brand-new production will be performed at Lauritzen Gardens. Rate: A stipend of $500 which is inclusive of rehearsals, costume fittings, and performances. Additional info: A tentative rehearsal schedule is attached. Directors will contact parents to confirm the staging rehearsal dates by April 10, 2025, at the latest. They anticipate 4-6 staging rehearsals (3-hour calls each) prior to the Final Room Run. These will be scheduled in the evenings and weekends to accommodate families. If interested, please apply.
