7 roles

Hansel and Gretel Witch (Ambrosia)Both genders12-18 y.o.All ethnicities

Ambrosia is slightly delusional, obsessed with candy, and whimsical. She’s always reminiscing about the “good old days” of luring children but now tries to cater to a modern health-conscious clientele. This shift has left her a bit out of touch, leading her to unintentionally humorous moments. Her loneliness drives her desire to form a “family” with enchanted customers.

Wicked Witch of the West (Zephyrine)Female12-18 y.o.All ethnicities

Zephyrine is a business-minded and pragmatic witch who prides herself on efficiency and order. She views herself as a misunderstood leader rather than a villain, having brought structure to chaos in Oz. She prefers delegation, leaving dirty work to her minions, and offers others advice on empire-building while dismissing "frivolous" pursuits.

Bellatrix from Harry Potter (Bella)Female12-18 y.o.All ethnicities

As the most unhinged and chaotic witch in the group, Bella embodies the “mad” side of magic. She’s disdainful of the others' attempts to fit in or change with the times, seeing them as soft. Her idea of fun is embracing the darker side of magic, and she challenges others to confront their fears and darkness.

WinnieMale13-18 y.o.All ethnicities

They act as a unit, with a lively, mischievous energy. Always dancing, singing, and joking, they remind the other witches not to take life too seriously. Their dynamic brings comic relief but also wisdom about embracing one’s identity. They are the most “in-the-moment,” not worrying about the future or consequences.

MorganaFemale12-18 y.o.All ethnicities

She brings a more serious, emotional tone. Her past of hiding her powers adds depth, creating a sense of vulnerability. She struggles with feeling out of place among the more carefree witches. She represents the idea of internal conflict and transformation, seeking validation for who she truly is, not just the persona she’s had to adopt.
