When Santa reveals to him that he’s actually a human being, Buddy goes on an adventure to the magical realm of New York City to find his father and learn what it means to be a human. This jolly musical is a must for any fan of Buddy the elf, Santa Claus, and all things Christmas! Additional info: Please note: there is a production fee applied. Callbacks (if required) TBD Rehearsals begin October 15 at 6 pm PRODUCTION DATES: December 6 – 22, 2024 Performances Friday, Saturday at 7:00 pm and Sunday at 2 pm (Possible additional performances to be added Saturdays at 2 pm) (School Day field trip performance to be performed on December 12) Auditioners are asked to memorize and perform an age appropriate comedic monologue from a previously published work, not to exceed 2 minutes in length, and 16 to 32 bars of an upbeat song or ballad that best shows off their voice. Please bring sheet music in appropriate key (an accompanist will be provided). A CD or edited karaoke track in proper key may be substituted for sheet music, but must be queued to desired start, must contain music only with no vocal assist, and must come with any special connectors necessary for your playback device.
