Youth Vocalist Opportunity Now Casting

We are seeking an experienced male youth vocalist of African descent, ages 8-14, to record songs for a K-2 learning curriculum. This is a work-for-hire opportunity, with a total compensation of $350 upon the successful completion of all recording tasks for the character "Hakeem." The ideal candidate will have a youthful, clear voice and the ability to stay on pitch as directed. Since the target audience is children in grades K-2, vocalists with voices that sound too mature or older may not be the best fit. Please note that compensation will be provided only for the completed recordings, and no travel or lodging reimbursements will be offered. Therefore, applicants based near the following metropolitan areas are preferred: Orlando, FL; Atlanta, GA; or Nashville, TN. To be considered, please submit a recorded audition video of yourself singing one of the character's songs. The song material will be provided by the producer upon application.
