"A Christmas Carol" The Musical Seeks Kids and Teens

Casting call for children for the musical "A Christmas Carol." Please see the details below. ONLY LOCAL TALENT WILL BE ACCEPTED. Additional info: Show Dates: November 18 – December 22, 2024 (No performances on 11/27-29, 12/2, 12/11, 12/18, and 12/20) Show Days/Times: Monday – Friday: 9 a.m. Arrival 10-11:30 a.m. Show 12-1:30 p.m. Possible 2nd Performance. Performances: Actors will need to miss a partial school day for performances, typically from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm, and occasionally until 2:00 pm, two or three times a week during the show dates. Important: Please obtain permission from your school before requesting an audition. Rehearsals: Will be held after school, on weekends, and on any days off from school from October 12 – November 17, 2024. You must be available for all rehearsal dates to audition. Audition Materials: Audition materials will be provided upon scheduling your appointment. PLEASE NOTE: You must be available for the ENTIRE rehearsal and performance schedule in order to audition. This show involves a large time commitment from both the actor and the parents. All young performers will be working with professionals and will be expected to be prompt, attentive, and commit a great deal of time and energy to the show. If you are interested please apply.
